Founder Cris Black lives in Buriton Hampshire, with her husband Pete, the budding osteopath, and baby daughter Summer. She has worked in design and advertising since leaving school, she paused for enough time to obtain a degree in art and design at the University of East Anglia graduating in 1996, since then she has worked in the design department of an international financial organisation, an advertising agency, and a web design company.   She has used her broad range of experience to setup the company Leaping Cow.
